Painterior India is a 23-year old firm based in Mumbai, specializing in the repair and restoration of multi storied structures. In the duration of our existence, we have managed, to make a mark in our field by carrying out quality jobs using a systematic & scientific approach, and applying a professional attitude to an otherwise largely unorganized sector.

The quest for Painterior (India) began in 1982, but its roots run deeper. It is an offshoot of N.H.Merchant & Co., a construction company with over five decades of experience in Mumbai and across India. Now in it’s third decade of operations, Painterior (India) has earned a reputation that is second to none - a reputation based on our “quality first” approach that pays as much attention to modern technology as it does to traditional virtues like integrity and belief in customer satisfaction.
 

I. REPAIR & RESTORATION

There is a thin line that separates the merely good from the great. To cross that line takes a passion that goes beyond dedication - an obsession to achieve perfection in ones chosen field. For us at Painterior (India), the quest for the elusive goal of perfection has been a successful one. The quest continues, spurring us on to greater achievements. Today, we are the foremost civil repairs, rehabilitation and painting contractors based in Mumbai, executing works all over India.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with the leading and prominent architects and consultants in the field and have applied our expertise to the most prestigious structures in Mumbai. Our list of completed jobs reads like a who's who of Mumbai.
We have, over the years, repaired, restored and painted numerous prestigious structures like the Air India H.O. building, Hoechst House, Mittal Tower and Mittal Court all at Nariman Point, II Palazzo at Malabar Hill, Jeevan _ Manek at Malabar Hill, Eden Hall at Worli, Birla House, Forbes House, HDFC at Ahmedabad, Leelas Hotel in Goa, and Shipping House at Nariman Point, among many others.

II. SPECIALISED PAINTING (EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR)

We execute high quality painting for both interior as well as exterior surfaces for several prominent and quality conscious builders like Hiranandani Constructions, Milll Builders, Kalpataru Builders, The Keystone Group, Larsen and Toubro, B. G. Shirke, Shapoorji Pallonji among many others.
